In this activity MERQ documented barriers and enablers to Community Health Workers (CHWs) progression into leadership, as well as lessons learned from national programs.
MERQ conducted the compilation of secondary data, and qualitative interviews with CHWs and health policymakers to develop a country profile on leadership opportunities for women CHWs in national programs.
