The Africa Medical Supplies Platform (AMSP),was established by Africa CDC, African Union, UNECA, and Afreximbank to facilitate medical supplies delivery in Africa during COVID-19 pandemic.
MERQ undertook an organizational capacity assessment and exploration of strategic opportunities for AMSP’s growth as a key supply chain management organization in Africa.
The assignment included assessing the governance and legal structures, administration and procurement systems, human resources system, financial management and internal control systems, organizational management and sustainability, project management; and advising on a blueprint of organizational and structural set ups.
