The Data Use Partnership (DUP) 2.0 project, coordinated by JSI, intends to advance information use and improve data quality in the Ethiopian Health sector financed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
- MERQ was sub-contracted by JSI/DUP as a learning partner to conduct:
- Technical Assistance (TA) maturity assessment and develop TA roadmap,
- Measure and monitor HIS performance,
- Institutionalize and analyze health inequality,
- Conduct PRISM assessment and provide need-based technical assistance for the MOH and RHB on data use and quality.
