Support the Government of Ethiopia’s (GOE) progress towards equitable allocation and distribution of workload across HEWs and increase its capacity to use data science tools and models to make evidence-based decisions on resource allocation, performance management and prioritization of HEW activities.

Develop Ethiopia’s experience in contextualizing the PACE-HRH model for practical application in the health sector will build knowledge and pathways for future adaptation and application in other sectors.
