In response to natural and man-made calamities like drought, conflicts, flooding, and epidemics, a multi-sectoral response was designed and implemented by a consortium of four international NGOs, namely Save the Children International (SCI), World Vision International, Action Against Hunger, and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) under a consortium known as SWAN.
MERQ was tasked by OPM to undertake field-level data collection, data management, and analysis to support the evaluation of the SWAN consortium.
