The Ministry of Health’s LIP-H program intends to recruit, develop and nurture professionals who display exceptional commitment and passion for the population’s health and have health sector leadership potential.
This activity was an evaluation that intended to assess, document, and communicate the cost-effectiveness of the training program, the program’s outcome and impact, lessons learned, and the sustainability of the program.
