Baseline Assessment of USAID Lowland Health Activity

MERQ has been contracted by EngenderHealth to conduct a baseline assessment for its recently awarded project – USAID Lowland Health Activity.
The assessment employs quasi-experimental design. The main objective of the assessment is to determine baseline for the project sites and compare it with control districts.
The main areas of the assessment include RMNCH services, and the health system in the target districts and the comparison sites.
It involves household survey of women, men, youth and children, and assessment of health facilities, and district health offices.
