Dr Yibeltal is a public health professional with rich experiences in program evaluation and leading large-scale assessments. He has immense experiences of applying his expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of social programs. He has been a consultant to a number of national and sub-national studies involving large-sale quantitative and qualitative studies. He participated in more than 20 national and sub-national assessments and evaluations as a lead or a member. Yibeltal has immense experiences in managing stakeholders in contexts where translating evidence into policy and practice is at stake. He has worked very closely with the Ministry of Health, Regional Health Bureaus, Universities, Research Institutes, and other organizations relevant to health research in Ethiopia. He is also an Assistant Professor at Jimma University
