Dr Nicholas is a Sociologist, and Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with experience in providing technical support to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and government projects and programs for the last 15 years. He has provided technical support to organizations that leverage technology to empower communities especially vulnerable people and development projects mostly in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi and Zambia working with organizations like Grameen Foundation Uganda, the USAID-funded Urban DOTs Track TB Project, Makerere University, the University of Antwerp, the Infectious Diseases Institute, and Global Health Corps, Lutheran World Relief. He has overseen the establishment of effective systems for monitoring and evaluation and built and strengthened partnerships with local organizations, and has a vast experience in writing grants, managing funding for the organization, and donor relationship management.
