HAQI Foundation is a non-profit implementing an initiative called HAQI-LINE, which is a helpline to address provide free mental health first aid over the phone in Tigray Region following the war.
MERQ has developed the M&E framework and is conducting periodic assessments. It also involves capacity building to the internal team.
