MERQ developed an Activity Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (AMELP) where the principles, processes, and standards of Collaborative, Learning and Adapting (CLA) are incorporated.
The AMELP is serving as the monitoring, evaluation, and learning guide for the Integrated Youth Activity (IYA )project.
