The primary thrust of HAQI-LINE revolves around furnishing tele-mental health services and establishing a seamless referral network through a toll-free telephone line. Under the aegis of this engagement, MERQ Consultancy is poised to deliver a comprehensive spectrum of M&E services, coupled with robust evidence generation. Their multifaceted support entails not only technical expertise in addressing the gamut of M&E requisites but also extends to supervising the formulation of a meticulous monitoring and evaluation framework, along with the development of pertinent guidelines and tools. Furthermore, this partnership entails conducting a baseline assessment, facilitating capacity building initiatives, and dispensing sagacious guidance on scientific inquiries.
