Frehiwot has over 17 years of experience in the project and financial management and specializes in the regulatory compliance of major donors where she is responsible for donor compliance, internal integrity and on-going strengthening of MERQ global compliance and donor reporting. Previously, Frehiwot has served as Grants and Partnerships Manager for Cordaid Ethiopia, a Sr. Grants manager for International Rescue Committee, and as Sr. Grants Administration and Capacity Building Manager for Project Concern International.
